Biography
Jessica M. Neal has been a practicing labor and employment law attorney in California for over a decade, representing employers with with a common-sense approach to litigation. Ms. Neal began her legal career as a workers' compensation attorney, representing primarily injured peace and correctional officers. She soon transitioned to defense work and has spent the bulk of her career representing publicly traded and Fortune 500 companies with high-deductible self-insured retention policies at every stage of the workers compensation process. Ms. Neal utilizes her extensive and expert level experience working with insurance professionals to navigate the claims process to obtain fast and practical results for her clients.
